Retreats, Workshops, and Mentoring

In the United States, between 10-20% of adults meet the criteria and seek mental health treatment—leaving 80-90% of us that are functioning well, but seek coaching or mentoring to help them fill the gaps between the life we’re living and the life we desire.

And, we all have different aspects we’re looking for when it comes to that assistance. This is why I provide a variety of options—virtual group events, online workshops, in-person retreats, and individual mentoring consultations—to accommodate a wide range of clients.

In-Person Retreats

My horse farm and property in Southeastern Wisconsin provide a serene and calming backdrop to a variety of in-person workshops and retreats from May through October. I also partner with groups and other facilitators to provide customized retreats.

Workshops and retreats include activities with my horses (Equine Assisted Learning Activities) and connecting with the healing power of the land and nature.

The Chatelaine Road Women’s Collective

This virtual women’s community provides the opportunity to transform and grow with intuitive mentoring and the support of other like-minded women. Together, we explore areas where women get stuck—and discover the tools we need for positive change and creating lives we love.

A One-Year Membership in the Collective Includes:

  • A copy of my book, Cages, Keys, and the Chatelaine: A Woman’s Book

  • Two 90-minute virtual class meetings per month with teaching and “hot seat” individual coaching

  • One in-person event or retreat

Mentorship Programs

I also offer private one-on-one intuitive mentorship sessions in three-month and six-month packages. In these intensive sessions, we target specific challenges and opportunities based on your story and goals.

Disclaimer: Dr. Arieahn is a licensed clinical psychologist, and while she uses her extensive clinical knowledge and background to inform her mentoring practice, mentoring is not the same as psychotherapy, which is the treatment of specific health diagnoses. If it becomes apparent that therapy is more appropriate than mentoring, she will make a referral for psychotherapy.

What is "Intuitive Mentoring”?

In my mentoring practice, intuitive mentoring is a dual process. I utilize my intuitive skills for guiding my clients as well as teaching and guiding them to access, strengthen, and trust their own intuitive skills.
